DeyFit was founded in January 2014 with the core ideal to help athletes move better, recover faster, and enhance their performance. Since its inception, DeyFit has trained numerous strength and running athletes to achieve their goals in moving better, faster and farther. We’ve been successful by concentrating on two factors, strength and endurance.


We believe the benefits of strength training go beyond being able to lift more weight. Strength training increases the density of our bones making them less prone to breaking. The lifeblood of the strength in your body is your core, this is why we place an emphasis on building a strong core first, then concentrating on the outer extremities of the arms and legs. A strong core allows you to use the power in your arms and legs more efficiently and is a key factor in all balance movements.


What good is all that strength you’ve built, if it only lasts for a few seconds? This is where endurance training comes in. Practicing longer reps or longer runs will give you energy on tap all day and night. Training your body and mind to find the right pace, or proper energy expenditure, for every activity so you always have enough left in the tank is critical. How often has it been late in the afternoon and you feel you need a nap or a pick me up from something caffeinated? Understanding how to fuel yourself throughout the day and working at the correct pace eliminates those symptoms from a lack of energy.
